You can choose the type of organization you create dependent on the purposes:

If you want to create organization to group other sub-organizations under one brand name without ordering print communications for it and having actual billing address, create “ Organization group”. We will assign to this organization the internal customer identifier and display it in “Company details” to be used for orders grouping purposes under this Organization.

If you want to create the actual ordering print communications with actual billing details, choose “ Organization” type.
