The organizations structure is built on hierarchy levels, which means you can only create organizations for the company you have admin rights for. Sub-organizations of created by you 

Organization can be created only by administrators of these organizations. 

In Organizations overview the parent company sees all organizations and sub-organizations created by them. On the level or organizations users see only the organizations created by this organization.

If you created yourself as Admin of your organization, you can log-in to its company environment vis “ Switch companies” and create its organizations. Then when you switch back on your parent level you will see your organizations and its suborganizations.
