The Dashboard home page will show you the key data on your company and orders once your account is fully set up and you start receiving orders.

Company tab:

‍

Organizations: the number of orders created by your company Organizations.

Users: the number of your Company's active users.

Total orders: the total amount of orders placed by your company and its organizations via Helloprint.

Orders overview tab:

You can use a filter to choose whether you want to see data for All organizations or choose a particular Organization.

Overview: shows orders data per status:

Fulfilled: all orders fulfilled via Helloprint

In progress: orders that are in one of the fulfillment stages

On hold: orders that have issues in fulfillment and are pending

If you click on the respective tab you will be directed to the orders overview page filtered by this status and this organization.

‍

Calendar: you can see the dynamics of the orders for the chosen period of time for the chosen organization.

‍

To see the detailed info on each order and detailed status per order item click “View orders”.
