This depends on the integrations selected by the parent company, and also on your permissions as an employee/external party. 

If you have access to the Print Portal Dashboard, you can find the templates under the Media Library or under the relevant DAM integration, if the relevant integrations are set up.

Alternatively, if you do not have access to the Print Portal Dashboard and are instead only ordering directly from the print/merch store, it is possible that the DAM has been integrated and you can select templates from there. 

The last option is that the brand assets have already been connected to the products, and it is not necessary for you to add any templates to the products when placing your order. 

It will be made clear at the time of ordering which situation applies to the store from which you are placing your order.
